Our Team

Ruth Ndi

Founder & CEO

Our Team starts with Ruth Ndi, the founder. She is a Nurse by profession, who currently resides in Atlanta, though she originally hails from Cameroon. Having grown up in Cameroon, she intimately understands the challenges faced by her country.

Ruth has a deep compassion for vulnerable populations, particularly the elderly, widows, and orphans, and is committed to helping them. She is very experienced at taking care of children with disabilities, the sick, poor and elderly in nursing homes.

She has outgrown her Nursing career and founded HOWID, from her strong desire to give back to her community, with main focus to the widows and orphans. Being a widow herself, Ruth has received overwhelming support from her community, and she is determined to pay it forward.

Aliyah Bujung

Vice Chair

Ngems Bujong, a citizen of the United States, earned her BSc in Biology at Georgia State University. Her early growing up years was in Cameroon, and she understands the challenges.

She has experiences in shadowing of medical practices in the United States and Greece. As Vice Chair with multicultural experiences, she ensures HOWID projects, policies and procedures, are established and documented.

HOWID fervently strives to uplift the livelihood of orphans, widows and the internally displaced by providing them with basic life necessities.

She understands how lending a helping hand can make a difference in someone else’s life, which is why she is honored to serve as Vice Chair of this organization.

Ngwe Bujung

Treasurer & US Secretary

Ngwe is a third year medical student at the Medical College of Georgia and she aspires to be an anesthesiologist.

She volunteers at free clinics and participates in free health screenings.

She grew up in Cameroon, so she has been exposed to the adversities faced by children growing up in Cameroon.

As a team, our vision is to provide services for the individuals who cannot afford to care for themselves.

Sylvie Kien

Publicity Secretary

Sylvie is a compassionate and dedicated individual whose heart is filled with love for destitute widows and orphans.

She comes from a less privileged background and understands the struggles that those in similar situations face on a daily basis.

Sylvie’s own experiences have motivated her to give back to her community and make a positive impact in the lives of those who are less fortunate.

Her unwavering commitment and selflessness serve as an inspiration to all who know her, and her work is a shining example of the power of love and kindness, to change the world for the better.

YAH Epse Chengwe Cecilia Ndi

Public Relations Officer

Cecilia is a holder of DIPEN (Diplome de Professeur de l’Enseignement Normal 2’eme Grade), procuring Two from HTTC Bambili.

She is married and a mother of seven.

She is a retired teacher and has taught with the government of Cameroon for many years.

Her passion is reaching out to the underprivileged such as widows, orphans and the vulnerable.

Ndi Nchotu Jonathan

Director

Our Team of caring members isn’t complete without mentioning our Director, Mr Ndi.

His experience with HOWID-CORP has increased his enthusiasm for working with the less privileged – in building their capacities, while directly and indirectly causing more money to enter their pockets.

HOWID has had so many testimonies from families whose lives we have changed, and this has always been a great encouragement.
